Domino's Pizza

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I ordered two pizzas last night around 11:33pm and when they arrived they WEREN’T DONE whatsoever. The toppings were falling off due to the dough not being done. When I tried to call @12:15am (My pizza arrived after they closed) nobody could answer because the place was closed. I decided to call the next morning to see about getting an ENTIRE refund or a reorder due to them obviously rushing and not making my pizza correctly. The manager gets on the phone and goes to say that they can’t do anything about it but give me a $10 credit because when I called they were closed. (Not sure how I can call a place and get someone to answer when the place is closed. I then told her about the pizzas being doughy and she said well I wasn’t working here last night and there’s no way for us to see if the pizza is done all the way because the toppings are on top of the pizza. MAKES NO SENSE. As you can see in the pictures this pizza was literally WET. She then told me that I couldn’t get a full refund because of how large of an amount I spent on the pizzas they apparently couldn’t just cancel that out. She then hung up on me after saying she was going to put me on a brief hold.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. The pizza was dry and disgusting, the wings weren’t cooked all the way.

I ordered food from here and over an hour and 45 minutes later it still wasn’t delivered even though it was showing delivered so I started calling the number that was listed. I got hung up on eight different times!! There wasn’t a refund there was no management. There was no customer service to talk to to help with the process. I just kept getting hung up on!! I do not recommend the store. I do not recommend ordering their food because you know you won’t get it and not only that but you’ll get hung up on eight different times because of it, if NOT MORE !! Two thumbs WAYYYYYYYY DOWN !! Let me know how to go about getting a refund because thee issue still isn’t fixed !

Will never order from this place again..Ordered some dinner, not only the boxes were smashed and topings stuck to it, it was 1 1/2 late and cold, also the garlic bites order it suppose to be 16 and only got 6. Called the store and the lady that answered put me on hold and whoever suppose to answer never did, beware if you're going to order from here.. Customer service at the 18th street location in Anderson needs to do some serious training.

The store nearest to me is 8 minutes away, And app shows it to far for delivery. When I lived in Indianapolis the store I ordered from, Was absolutely wonderful. Just wish I could order for delivery here.
